By accessing the l33 Platform in any capacity — including browsing without an Account — you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by it. The act of completing the l33 registration process, logging in to an existing Account, or placing a Bet constitutes affirmative acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety.
This Agreement is supplemented by l33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between those documents and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
The l33 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. l33 will conduct age verification checks as part of the KYC process prior to approving any withdrawal. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all Bets placed by that Account voided, and any deposits returned to the original payment source where technically possible.
Each Player is entitled to hold exactly one (1) l33 Account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. l33 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to confiscate any Bonus Funds or winnings generated from a secondary Account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. l33 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details supplied by a Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your l33 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. l33 will treat any action performed using your correct login credentials as having been authorised by you. Before l33 processes a withdrawal request, the Account holder must complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method. l33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.
l33 may suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects: (a) breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) fraudulent activity, match-fixing, or collusion; (c) chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player; (d) use of automated tools, bots, or scripts on the Platform; or (e) any other conduct that l33 considers contrary to the integrity of the Platform or its other Players. Upon closure for cause, l33 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance or Bonus Funds held in the Account.
An Account is considered dormant if it records no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. l33 will attempt to notify the Account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee will not reduce an Account Balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by completing the standard l33 login process.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and any applicable daily or weekly limits are displayed in the l33 cashier at the time of transaction. l33 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours are typically processed within one (1) hour for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one (1) to three (3) banking hours for bank transfers. l33 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment source used for the most recent deposit, unless the Player has completed enhanced verification.
All transactions on the l33 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). l33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion attempted at the payment provider's end is the Player's sole responsibility, and l33 is not liable for exchange rate losses.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by l33 are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits that will be communicated alongside each offer. Where a Player accepts a bonus, the terms of that bonus form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and this Agreement, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail only with respect to that promotion.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" stated per promotion) before any portion of those funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Real-money Balance will be used before Bonus Funds in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute at a lower rate as specified in the applicable promotion page.
l33 monitors bonus activity to detect and prevent abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; coordinated bonus abuse across multiple Accounts; and exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. l33 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings if abuse is detected, and to close the Account responsible.
l33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such change does not retroactively affect wagering requirements already in progress by an eligible Player.
All Bets placed on the l33 Platform are subject to acceptance by l33. l33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its sole discretion — including but not limited to situations where a Bet is placed on erroneous odds, where the market has been suspended, or where l33 has reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation of the outcome.
Cricket Bets placed on the l33 Platform — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or venue change, l33's specific cricket rules (published on the cricket betting page) will determine settlement. Live odds are updated in real time and the odds displayed at the moment a Bet is confirmed represent the final price for that wager.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
l33's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total BDT amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
l33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, l33 will update the "Last Updated" date visible on this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you object to any amendment, your sole recourse is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.
This Agreement and all matters arising from your use of the l33 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and l33, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation by contacting l33 support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties may pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels.
The English-language version of this Agreement shall govern in all cases. Any translation provided for convenience only shall have no legal effect.
